How can I enquire or book?

After reviewing Stay options for your check-in and check-out dates, you can book any available option online. If you have more questions regarding your Stay, please fill the form on the Contact Us page. We will connect with you as soon as we can (within 12 hours).

Are friends or family allowed to visit or stay?

We do allow visitors but stayover is not allowed for short term bookings.

Can I bring in any pets?

We do not allow any pets inside the premises.

Can I make a special/specific request for my Stay?

Any special request(s) will be noted at the time of the enquiry, and a follow-up from our team will advise whether your request can be accommodated.

Who do I contact for maintenance issues or in the case of an emergency?

You can contact our StayHere service hotline.

What if I want to check-out early or extend my stay?

If you wish to vacate early or extend your Stay, please contact the StayHere team for assistance at least 24 hours prior to check-out time. Apartment(s) are subject to availability and are based on first come first served basis.

What facilities and services are included?

Facilities and services include a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and basic kitchen utensils.

Is there a minimum and maximum length of stay?

The minimum duration of Stay for apartments is 1 night for most of our properties. The maximum duration of Stay is 14 nights. For longer Stays, please send us an Enquiry.

What is the check-in procedure?

The check-in procedures of apartments may vary depending on the building and location. Buildings may have receptions or allow guests to self-check in (keys and instructions in the apartment mailbox).

Guests may also be advised to ‘Meet and Greet’, where a member of the StayHere team will hand you the keys to the apartment and anything else that is deemed necessary. You will also be required to pay a deposit before you check in.

All necessary information and check-in instructions will be confirmed by StayHere upon booking confirmation. Instructions may include reminders to to bring identification and booking documentation.

Can I arrange for a Viewing?

Please fill up the form on Contact Us page, choose your prefered viewing schedule and we will reach out to you for a viewing confirmation. We also have a virtual viewing option.

How soon can I move in?

Some of our available apartments & suites are open for immediate move-in and most properties are open for move in within 2 weeks of the listing status showing as available. You may also want to register to be on the waitlist.

What furnishings and amenites are included?

Each unit is move in ready and fully furnished. Expect comfy beds, storage and closet space, air conditioning units, functional kitchenette with mini fridge, fitted washer/dryer, workstation, high-speed internet connectivity, TV and basic utilies.

What isn't provided in the rental price?

We do not provide bedsheets, pillow covers, duvets or duvet covers. Replenishables such as toilet paper, hand soap, personal care and laundry detergent are also not provided.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Yes, with some conditions, to ensure responsible usage.

Do you provide cleaning services?

We offer chargeable cleaning services (weekly or monthly) which you can sign up for. Please inquire upon viewing a unit.

What Is the length of stay?

We offer both short-term and long-term Stays. The minimum duration of Stay depends on each location, ranging from one month to 3 months.

Are visitors and overnight guests allowed?

We do allow visitors but overnight guests are restricted to staying a maximum of 7 nights within any 30 day period. Any tenant wishing to have a guest for more than 7 nights in any 30 day period will need to seek approval from StayHere, and possibly be subject to additional charges and documentation. Tenants’ guests or visitors are also required to adhere to House Rules. Tenants must follow their building management’s protocols for registration of visitors or guests.

Can I bring in any pets?

We do not allow any pets inside the premises.

Can we replace furniture with our own?

The furnitures and fixtures are not removable.

Are car parks provided?

For condominiums, there is usually 1 parking space for each apartment. Check with us for more information.

Is there a security deposit & when will I receive it back?

A refundable one-month deposit is required. The deposit will be returned within 30 working days so that we can check property inventory, room condition and for processing of documents.

How do I make payments?

We recommend bank transfers. However, we also accept credit cards and local options.

When are rental payments due?

Rent is based on your leasing cycle. If your lease starts on the 10th, you will be billed on the 8th (2 days before start of leasing cycle).

What if I want to vacate early or extend my stay?

If you have unexpected change of plans and need to leave early, please contact the StayHere team to discuss the arrangements. You also have first right to renew your lease up to 45 days before it expires. Please contact the StayHere team before then for assistance.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no other hidden charges or agent fees.
